Tyjet looked at Has-Big-Axe in shock. What the hell was that he thought. TYjet got up, still a little weak from the spell. H stood over the argonian and could see that normally he wasn't going anywhere anytime soon with his wounds. Tyjet gave Has-Big-Axe some sweetpulp. "Let me get the arrow out, eat that." Tyjet snapped the arrow pulled it out slowly. Blood squirted out, getting on Tyjet's cloak. With arrow gone all he had to do was use the staff and he would be ok. "I highly recomend we rest for a little while. We need it. I will tend to each of you if you need it..." Tyjet looks throuh his supplys... "It's a good thing those two left. I don't have too much food with me!" He pulled out some slices of bread and checked to see how much water was in his flask... Not much.

"Very well it is then." Ken sat on the ground. "Next town we reach we will need to restock our supplies. We can't live on only what you have there." He took off his sun hat, revealing his entire head. He looked up, at what, even he didn't know. "We musn't wait here too long, though. Only long enough until we're well to continue."

OOC:There we go. Edited. I actually read through the posts, now that i had more time. Ken's shoulder is wound is a shadow of the past.

"Hmm... What a troubled individual," said Eiade after Has-Big-Axe yelled out some grusome outbursts in his sleep.

"I've got some of food," she said. She crushed up some saltrice and sprinkled it on a piece of hound meat, then took a slice of Tyjet's bread and wrapped in around the meat (ooc: kinda like pigs in blankets). She gave one of these to Ken, and also made one for herself and Tyjet. She would wait for the argonian to wake.

"It's no feast, but it's my favorite snack on the road!" Eiade climbed up in the tree, sat on a thick, low branch with one leg dangling down, and enjoyed her tasty treat in the shade. It was hard to be completely blissful, though, with those three deep cuts on her stomach. She pulled out three marshmerrow stalks, and inserted them into her sandwich. Maybe that would help.

A breeze coming down from the hills to the east came through, rustling the leaves and cooling off the wood elf and her friends. This was a well-deserved break after such a battle.

"Maybe, Tyjet," said Eiade, "you should make more of that paste along with your potions. You know, the resin, marshmerrow, and... was there wickwheat in there? It could help Has-Big-Axe."

Ken sat, still on the ground. He ate at the small feast Eiade had handed him. "It has been a while since I've eaten something that has a good flavor." He looked over at Has-Big-Axe.

"Saddening, sort of. I don't know if someone could recover from a state like that." Ken let out a small laugh. "But this is no laughing matter... The Argonian will be alright, now will he? I see no reason why not. He asked for the staff. It will heal him, maybe?

Ken stood up. "It IS worth a try."

After Tyjet finished his food, he got right to work. "It looks like Has-Big-Axe is going to sleep for a little while... none of us can touch that staff... I'll make some more stuff."

Tyjet sat down next to the fire and started mixing some supplies. He pulled out his motar and pestel, whickwheat, resin, and marshmerrow. He grind everything to a paste and stood when it was ready. He walked over to Has-Big-Axe and started applying the paste to the wounds on his leg and chest.

"The bone won't be healed by the paste but maybe the staff can take of that..." He rubbed it in and then wrapped a cloth around it. Ater Tyjet was done he stood up and faced Eiade and Ken."So, who else needs some wounds cared for?"

OOC:

@Argonian Thief: You'd better be staying. Reply to this post if you are.

IC:

His dreams haunted him still. In his brief periods of conciousness, the pain soon put him back into his faint state of shock. However, he fancied that he saw from the corner of his eye, another Argonian jump out from some bushes. The face of the Argonian seemed familiar but unfamiliar. Has-Big-Axe could not identify who it was but the faced seemed to be already in his memory. He drifted back to his nightmares of battle. His axe was cutting through Nordic flesh, he was putting down a nordic rebellion. He could feel the warm mammalian blood against his scales and it fired him more to go on. The blood kept him from freezing in the cold wastes of Skyrim. His axe cleaved a big Nord in two and sliced another's chest, revealing the unfortunate warrior's organs as they spilled out onto the frozen ground. The ground, before the battle pure white with snow, now stained with red and littered with bodies in crumpled heaps.

OOC: just a reminder to everyone, it's 7 or 8 in the morning.

IC:

Eiade finished off her morsel, and hopped down from the tree. She walked to Tyjet, took a small amount of paste, and applied it to the superficial wounds on her stomach. They closed up almost immediately.

"My compliments on that concoction, Breton," she said to Tyjet.

After she was done wiping her pasty fingers off in the grass, an Argonian popped out of the bushes, and said he had some things of value.

"Hi!" Eiade said excitedly to the new face. She loved Argonians. "Might you have scrib jerky, saltrice, or marshmerrow? I used most of mine in the battle. Oh! And I need bittergreen petals!"

Ken sat. His arms resting on his knees. He looked over at the new argonian. He stared him down. "Hmm... you're the Argonian I talked to right before I left the tavern. You have supplies? Good, I suppose." Ken stood up. He placed his hat on his head, and walked over to the newcomer.

"You have a name, don't you? What was it again? I tend to forget things when I've been drinking a bit. And calling you Argonian would cause a bit of confusion around this party... If you know what I mean." Ken turned and looked at Has-Big-Axe, in his the state he was in. A thought passed his mind but cleared before he even could know what it was. "So tell me, what do you call yourself?"
