dagowar Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 I have the Sentient Weapon Mod installed but i can never find the smith. I am begining to worry that the black bow bandits from my 300_White_Horse mod are killing him. I would like to make him essential so that way i can check to see if he was just killed or there is some other problem with the mod. Carah Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 When you are in the ConstructionSet activate the Sentient Weapon Mod file. If the smith is in that mod, which I assume he is. Click on NPC, and hope that the modder gave him a name that allows him to be on the top of the list. Double click on the Smith and his window will pop up. There you will be able to toggle Essential, or in most cases he already is. He might have a wander package, and that might be why you can't find him. Before I hooked-up with one of my companions she went shopping at a certain time of day, and that made it hard to track her down. Edit: All the NPC's for the mod are at the bottom of the list. Carah Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 I took a look at the mod in the Construction Set, and the NPC's that come with that mod are essential, except the bad guys that you have to kill in the quests. I hope this helps, and the read me file does state that he is a wandering weaponsmith, so who knows where he could be. It sounds like a good quest mod, and I'm going to give it a go.
