Save my Skyrim! Papyrus help please!

Anyone have idea of what the below Papyrus log errors are referring too?

 

In short, started getting UI errors etc in old games ... along with other crashes ... so ... deleted skyrim ... and all associated folders after the deletion ... and did a complete install/rebuild ... I use a lot of mods ... well over 100 ... but with rebuild I started with the cosmetic stuff only which all passed thru BOSS.

 

That being said .... I got the below errors BEFORE I did the reinstall/rebuild ... and I'm still getting them after. To my eyes these are related to the DLC's ... Vampire spell errors and BYOH (housing) errors. It's like files are not there ... and yet ... Steam is supposed to install all files including DLC files.

 

I'm my browsing of old folders ... I found folders in the script folder for both DLC's ... but the new install ... does not have these.

 

So hopefully someone out there has some advice ... for as of now ... even staring with a fresh game start ... the game is unplayable beyond getting to Riverwood. /cries in wine
