Tried many fixes yet can't seem to get the game to run for more than 10 minutes

So I just recently started getting back into fallout new vegas after a 2 year Hiatus. I wanted to play the game with a few mods. No major graphical overhauls just a few fixes yet no matter what I try, my game constantly crashes to desktop every 10-15 minutes. Hell sometimes even when just trying to transition to a new area my game CTD's. I'm hoping anyone can help me out and possibly make it so I can run the game for an extended period of time. My mod load order is listed below in case there may be mods conflicting with each other.
