Mod that identifies questgivers? (!) (?)

Is there a mod that identifies questgivers and quest-turnin NPC's with a symbol like a (!) or a (?)? Two examples come to mind, WoW and Kingdoms of Amalur use the exlamation point and the question-mark to identify questgivers.

 

Anyone know of something like that?
