Help needed. Having trouble with SKSE64 itself.

Hi, I'm one of the new special edition user.

For legendary, I had no issues regarding skse but with SE, SKSE64 is not working properly.

I downloaded the correct version 2.0.17 (runtime 1.5.97) and added correctly to the game folder.

I added several mods that require skse, skyui and racemenu.

However, when I run the game with skse64_loader, even by administration, the games says SKSE64 is not running properly.

Some might say 'it's because you didn't add it correctly'

but for sure, I did.

I have tried more than 10 times now deleting-reinstalling the game,

downloaded skse64 from internet explorer, chrome, firefox, microsoft edge

downloaded without my antivirus program running,

but no matter how, skse64 won't work.

What could be the problem here?

Is the version uploaded on the website outdated?
