elCookieMuncher
After Finally Installing the new Skyrim update along with SKSE, I stumbled onto a glitch. I had been playing for several hours with my mods enabled having no hassles at all, when suddenly I could no longer interact with NPC's I could however interact with loot, objects and dead bodies. I can interact with NPC's that i spawn. but nothing more. Please help me with this glitch as it has taken the fun out of skyrim.

NemesisTheWarlock
This bug affects many Mods that contains custom dialogue and can result in silent dialogue and conversations not proceeding correctly. It can be fixed with the following procedure:1. Load a SaveGame with the Mod installed.2. Save the game.3. Load that new SaveGame.4. Save the game again.5. Load that final save. The bug should now be fixed from that final save onwards. The solution above provided by Eck. As for verifying your game cache, it's one of the options available through Steam. NemesisTheWarlock
You're very welcome, glad it sorted out your problem :D It probably means that one or more of your Mods hasn't been updated for Skyrim v1.8. One(or more) of your Mods should probably have a .SEQ file. You can do it yourself relatively easily via TES5Edit if you like, or just use the bug fix if it happens again
