pip-boy screen gap

Best way to explain my problem is that there is a small green rim around the pipboy screen that should not appear, I have no idea how to fix it and it happens on the normal pip-boy and modded pip-boys

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try changing the color in Options on the main menu.
