Crash on savegame Windows 7 64 bit

I play the steam version of Fallout 3 GOTY with a number of mods on it, here is my load order in FOMM:

I have a game saved at a playtime of 1 hour. The save was made in Big Town. Whenever I move away from the vicinity of Big Town and save, the game crashes. Whenever I enter a cell outside of Big Town, the game crashes to the desktop in the same fashion as before (an error message comes up and says "Fallout 3 has encountered a program and needs to close" or something to that effect). I was able to save fine before reaching Big Town and I suffered no crashes beforehand, despite some fatal freezes in the opening scene which resolved themselves when did this in the Fallout 3 config file in "My Games": I changed bUseThreadedAI=0 to bUseThreadedAI=1 and added iNumHWThreads=2 after it.

 

Now I cannot enter any interior cell outside of Big Town or save my game anywhere but in the vicinity of Big Town. Up until the crash, the game runs great and I have no complaints. But I honestly cannot proceed much further from Big Town and as such I'd like help. Is it a problem with my mod load order?

 

I also used BOSS to fix my mod load order but it did not help. Also, I installed this same steam version of Fallout 3 GOTY edition on my Windows XP desktop and I did not have as severe crash problems as I do now.
