How do I get NPCs to change clothing at desired intervals?

I am making sort of a live in girlfriend mod. I am new to mods in general so it's not going so well.

 

I can get her to eat, sleep and hang around the place but what I'd really like to be able to do is have her equip an outfit when it's near bed time then equip another for walking outfit in the morning for walking around town.

 

Secondly, it'd also be nice if she when I she was sleeping and I woke her, she wouldn't immediately jump up but get into another position and give me the option of asking me to let her go back to sleep or get into bed with her.

 

Any help is appreciated, I am very new to modding.
