Sometime like last week or the week before, a mod was uploaded that made the Vagabond armour DLC mod a quest reward from the Master craftsman quest with Yoana. But the mod was deleted because the mod author was banned. If allowed, I'm looking for some one that happened to download that mod, and would want to share it with a download link. Generally unpleasant and abusive comments towards numerous other users using phrases like "Uncivilised mong", "cocksucker", "dumbf*#@", "Eat sh�t and die".
