autumnsky38 Posted June 11, 2020 Share Posted June 11, 2020 Hi everyone. I'm playing Oblivion again and I absolutely love the Shivering Isles. One thing that's always bothered me though is that there are hardly any people in Crucible and I'm wondering if there might be a mod out there that would populate the area more?
