ivirus006
Ok I haven't played in a while, but then checked for some new mods and decided to finally finish the game. :) But I did something with the game and now if I add a new mod, even like Duke Miss alert mod, the game LCDs after 1-2 secs of showing the first logo at the start. The only thing that I did unusual was that i updated the game to latest version. But it took like one sec to update too which was weird, and of course I put some new mods in. I don't remember which ones.

The game has an absolute maximum of 253 seperate mods loaded at any time. if you go beyond that without merging mods, the game will not work right. This is because of how the mod index gets changed based on load order. Additionally, you may have your own limit on the number of mods your system can manage based on how much RAM you have how large your mods are, what OS you are using, and what other programs you have running. Of course all this is outside any conflicts between mods, or errors within mods you might have. A few major conflicts can also cause this problem. Moral of the story is to be a bit more aware of what you are downloading and installing. add things one at a time if you don't know what you're doing.
