Skyrim water bug

After starting Skyrim after some time I keep getting this water bug. If anyone knows how to fix it Plz let me know

All right I fixed it but uninstalling WATER - Water And Terrain Enhancement Redux and reinstalling it

 

I will leave this up in case anyone has this issue

ok so im not tech savy but i have a problem with the water i skyrim and i was told to come here to fix it i cant see when im under water and im not sure what is wrong with it
