Starcraft mod?

I thought it would be interesting to see some of the elements of Starcraft implemented in FO3.

 

Requests

Terran Marine Armor of Marines, Firebats, Medics, Ghosts, etc

Protoss Armors, perhaps checking them in as robot designs

Zerg, mutated monsters anyone?

 

You get the gist, think anyone can do it?
