Settlement Objects, like Mama Murphy's Chair, to attract specific NPC's

I would like to request settlement objects that encourage a specific NPC to sit/sleep/sandbox respectively, so that I can create areas/bedrooms/houses for specific individuals and actually see them using that area.

 

Companions, Named Settlers, non settler NPC's that live within or extremely close to settlement boundaries.

 

(Fallout 76's companion CAMP objects reminded me I want this.)
