FPS drops inside of an interiors probably due to some mods

Hi guys, probably you can help me. Recently I started a new SKSE walkthrough with really light modpack made by myself. I am not new to modding but sorting a load order by hand is a bit of a pain so i use a LOOT, but i doubt load order generated by that is perfect, probably that's why i have some FPS drops indoors. (same modpack in SKLE works fine 60fps) Here it is:
