SSE Req: Feed and convert NPC to Vampire/Werewolf

I would like to request (or getting pointed to the correct mod) a Feeding and Infecting mod. What I was trying to find was a mod if you are a Vampire and/or Werewolf (Curse of the Dragonborn) where if you feed a NPC you can convert them to either Vampire or Werewolf. Now I have found only one mod so far that sort of allows you to change a NPC into a Vampire, but they become your follower. I really dont want that, I more or less wish to cause chaos by biting and feeding a random no name NPC to liven up the game here and there; then maybe gain an extra follower later.

Its been ages since ive done modding and dont know where to begin, but would love if someone could come up with this.
