Human Flame Atronach

Hey there, hoping you guys might be able to point me the right direction. I want to change the Flame Atronach to look like a Male Dremora that has the Flame Cloak animation constantly running. It would still act the same as a regular Flame Atronach (throwing fireballs, basic punches up close doing fire damage).

 

I thought editing just the EncAtronachFlame and changing it to it would do it, but I see that changes it's base stats, and while it does summon a Dremora with no armor on, it just runs up to enemies doing nothing. Also the face color and body color don't match.

 

Any help would be appreciated if there is already a mod that does this or what to edit.
