perpl3x3d Posted December 13, 2008 Share Posted December 13, 2008 Alright, while modding the mini nuke explosion, I ran into some problems. I can control the damage, range, and size of explosion fine, but I have two problems. When the nuke is fired up close, there is no trace of the actual explosion, no mushroom cloud, no dust. I cannot figure out why there is no explosion Second problem, which is more important right now to me, is how to decelerate part of the explosion animation. I have looked at the filters file, and that's not helping me, because it's only extending the filters, not the actual explosion. I've been looking through the effects file, and I've found the NukeAtomShader, and I have been playing with the values, but so far no luck. I'm not even sure if the nuke uses that certain effect, one would think so, but I have my doubts. Another question I had was, is the duration of the effect controlled by a script perhaps that anybody knows of? You oblivion construction set familiar guys might have an idea, if you have experience with editing magic effects. Any help is appreciated.
