luddemann
Hello. First, a bit about myself: Im 18 years old and live in Oslo, Norway. Im in my last year of high school, so I quite a lot on my hands, but I try to mod as much as possible :) Very recently I released a mod called executioners hook, witch was the first time I made a new model and textures. After that I really got the taste for it, so I wanted to go further and create armors. Inspired by the mod authors like Omesean, Patobek, Hoothtrooper and ActusReus I started learning how to import models into blender to make new custom armors. As of now, I have made two new armors and working on two others. My skills end at modelling in blender, and I have no idea (yet) how to import them into Skyrim, I spend all my time making the armors and I dont have time to do that stuff. So if anyone with the necessary skills would like to help me out here, I would be very happy :) And keep in mind I am always happy for ideas. Whether it is about a current armor or new ones! Without further ado, here are some screenshots!http://i426.photobucket.com/albums/pp350/bamsemisbruker/Untitled-1_zps53dbb0ea.jpg Edited January 10, 2013 by luddemann
luddemann
So this is the other project I was talking about: The shaman! Feel free to give any feedback http://i426.photobucket.com/albums/pp350/bamsemisbruker/shaman_zpsef4b6717.jpg
NoxNihil
Personally I think all are wonderful but the Shaman one stands out more since you added some item which I have not seen used in an outfit before. The mini Mammoth skull? Who would have thought of that?

acidzebra
I think all these armors are fantastic - especially the first one, it's my favorite. I so want a giant floppy hat! I do hope you'll keep working on them. If you want a guide on how to get them into skyrim:http://wiki.tesnexus..._Skyrim._Part_1 Edited January 10, 2013 by acidzebra
luddemann
Thanks a lot for replies!@Acidzebra: Yes, I have looked at the guide and tried it once, but it didnt work. I have no idea why, guess I did something wrong. But its just way to fun making the armors that I wont prioritize the porting for now :/ Anyway, on to some more fun stuff: A captain of a pirate ship has arrived! Yarr!http://i426.photobucket.com/albums/pp350/bamsemisbruker/captain_zps2845e532.jpg

Deleted1308005User
Too bad that the exporting is the hardest part  I've done tons of this kind mash-ups in nifskope (Alpha mapping and such), but it ain't really reliable.File size becomes horribly big because things are there, but they are invisible, and then there's these weird bugs you might encounter when doing edits like that. Anyway! I love the look of these armors. That shaman one is especially quite genius. Never thought of that myself, even if it's made up from pretty common pieces, but it still looks really good.
