Fallout 4 stutters caused by mods.

Hey, Ik recently modded my Fallout 4 again and have been getting insanely long lag spikes in cities and towns like concord for example. these stutters happen every couple seconds and usually last for about 3-4 seconds so its very irritating to try and play with. I have modded F04 In the past and have had no problems whatsoever which leads me to believe its caused by a couple of select mods in my load order. If anyone knows what mods could be causing this issue please inform me. thank you in advance.

Is this your full list of mods installed?!?

Are you aware of the fact that some of these mods require at least a few DLCs ?? And they probably aren't even active unless you somehow force them to load.

Check first the list of mods, their requirements and organize them, and then check if everything works, on a new game, because so far it looks like it is an error resulting from a wrong installation ....

I installed all of the non dlc versions of the mods that I have installed. None of the mods need a dlc master required for the mod to work I just checked. some of the mods have a patch for nuka world or far harbor etc, but I have chose unchecked because they are optional for people that own the dlcs.

I may be wrong, but there are probably no versions of these mods:

1E ArmorKeywords.esm

4F Armorsmith Extended.esp

which doesn't require several DLCs.

Also Armorsmith Extended is no compatible with Horizon...

which means there is something wrong with your mod list...

Since they do not work properly, all other mods depending on them also do not work.

How did you install these mods and activate them ?? How??!!??
