Meshes in 3DsMax

Hey I am trying to convert armors to TBBP but everytime i want to change the meshes to fit the bodies I need hours to fix bugs of 3DSMax which I don't understand.

 

Example:

 

I try to adjust the meshes to fit the body:

But when i click on BS DisrememberSkinModifiert, tbh i don't know what it is for, or go from modify to create menu, I get this:

And i get that for every armor so that i deal hours with 3DSMax just for a single armor.

Hi,

 

Hehe it looks like weird cloth simulation to me. :D

 

If you are editing meshes, just remove the BSdismember modifier. It is not needed at that point. You can allways add it later. It is really easy.

Also when editing meshes I would avoid having Skin modifier on them. As the previous one Skin is applied on already finished mesh or you will mess things up.

You can of course do some minor changes when you have these there, but not adding any verteces or polygons.
