SSE Simple Low Item Value Sell-Spam Fix

First of all idk what modders are capable of, so sorry if I'm requesting something impossible.

 

Something that has really bothered me in Skyrim is how high the low-worth item sell-value is. A simple fix I thought up would be to make any item value under 300 septims sell for 50% less. Now this would kill two birds with 1 stone because it would nerf Sell-spam while buffing the speech tree, making it more useful, which I personally think could use a buff (even in enairim, which is my current setup).
