problem with binormals tangents in nifskope

I could use some help with binormals and tangents in nifskope.

I've worked on a body mesh in 3ds max, exported it as nif and made it work in game with nifskope but on some vertices binormals and tangents are wrong in game.

Even with unicolor diffuse normal and specular textures it shows.

This is how it looks like after nifskope with no update to tangent space :

With update tangent space it looks quite the same except there are a few more wrong binormals tangents :

I hope someone can help this is driving me nuts -_-
