auto-raise difficulty with progression, please

In short, I'm looking for a mod / mods that balance difficulty between the start of the game and to the end, because I find myself having to adjust the difficulty from low at the beginning to high at the end, and I have to do it gradually, and too often, and it's breaking the immersion, and it's unintuitive, and freaking annoying. Or maybe a mod that would do that for me at least.

I know it's normal for things to be too hard in the beginning of the game, and that most enemies would be under my level at the end of the game, but i still feel it's overly done, at a game-breaking level - in Skyrim, at level 60, I was making dragons fall from the sky like they were lizards - they'd only take a few hits to kill, let alone other enemies, and sneaking was overpowered.

I remember in Oblivion having to jump on objects so the Daedra couldn't reach me at the beginning of the game, so I was basically having to fight the difficulty system in order to play the game - but then when I lowered difficulty, the game became too easy too quickly. The same with some mages or something in something like a cave after that.

In Morrowind, I would get that mission to do something to a guy at the bar, it was just impossible, and I had to give up on the game no matter how much I loved it and how many times I gave it a chance and tried it.

I don't remember if I had the same issue with Gothic 3, but I think it was similar.

Other action-RPGs I don't have this problem with, nor action games, nor shooters, so it's not me.

I'm not sure which of the difficulty mods is suited for me. I used SkyRe for a character in the past, had the same issue. The same with another overhaul before that, on another character. Now with other mods, it's even worse than vanilla or SkyRe.

I've played Skyrim for thousands of hours, so it's not like I wouldn't know.

Please let me know any thoughts / suggestions you might have!
