eldiabs
Khet - If you've gotten LOD to work in Fallout3, and made it possible to share without a HUGE file, myself and about every other person editing the wasteland worldspace would really really like to know how. From what I've read in various places, this is not yet possible, and the developers have not responded to any of the threads regarding this issue. linkLooks like this will be my last mod that edits an existing exterior worldspace until further light has been shed. Khet
WEll, like I said, from my knowledge it would be similar to Oblivion, so much is and I don't see why they'd change LOD. But, even for Oblivion I'm pretty sure I remember that changing the LOD (or in my case, creating LOD for an entirely new worldspace) did result in significantly larger files than originally anticipated. What size are we talking about here for Fallout 3?
eldiabs
wasteland worldspace....really big. I gave up after a couple hundred meg. Another really big issue is not even being able to select objects for LOD. Without this, I'm not sure the world LOD generator even recognizes them... I've gone ahead and released the first version of my fort freeway for now. I'm open to reasonable suggestions...Fort Freeway
