First person camera issue

Hello.

So i gonna go straight to the problem.

I cant play in 1st person camera mode. When i zoom in or use F my camera is changing into 1st person camera mode for like one second then its zooming out into the closest 3rd person mode.

I dont know what happend, i tried reinstalling game,dlc,mods, everything.

And the funniest thing is that it only happen on my archer save. When i changed saves to other character that problem dont exist.

So all i know now that the problem only exist on my main character.

Any ideas to fix it?

 

Edit.

I was also deleting the skyrim ini files, and deleting the files by regedit after uninstall.

Edit 2.

I have reinstaled skyrim again, started without all the mods and its still happening.
