rbenoit1978
I was wondering if you can make existing NPCs follow you? If there is any tutorials on this would someone direct me. Thank you.

ar13
I recently figured this out for myself and I'll let you know what I came up with. This may not be the best way to do this. I'll try not to leave anything major out, but in the interest of brevity, I won't explain every step in detail. Find your NPC, say Jenny Stahl, and the follower you will pattern her after, say Star Paladin Cross. Merge Jenny's script with one adapted from Star Paladin Cross. AI packages add at least ones implementing FiredWaitCitadelLab, FollowPlayerDefault, and DefaultSandbox. Don't forget to set the conditions to refer to Jenny. Now in Followers quest topics, add topics for Jenny for FollowersFired, FollowersFiredNo, FollowersFiredYes, FollowersHired, FollowersLetsGo, FollowersLetsGoNotYet1 & 2, FollowersTrade, FollowersWait, and GREETING. Add Jenny to the form list NPCFollowersLIST. I think that's it. Hockey's on, gotta go! Edited to add: Also you need to add hired and fired variables to FollowersQuestSCRIPT. rbenoit1978
Oh man, I forgot about my own thread..... I will try this when I am at my computer again. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction AR13... I've been playing with the GECK, and right now it's over my head. I will post back here with my results as I've started a Follower mod, but I wasn't sure how to set it up, and i'm new to scripting as well....*sigh*
