You know that face lady in The Ratway, who will let you access the race menu and modify your player character? I'd like one like that for modifying NPC's.

I was looking for the same & came across this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8764. But it doesn't seem to work for me. I use VORTEX btw.
