This game doesn't run very well on my system, surprisingly. 2500k @ 3.9 ghz, 8 GB RAM, 2 GB 6970. Even at moderate levels, the game is very choppy especially while driving. I'm using DX11 exe. That's odd... My system hasn't lagged even once...
