Radic
Is there a way to edit fallout.ini to use .esp files etc. in the DATA folder (ie. mods) rather than checking the boxes in the data files option from the launcher. I see at the top of fallout.ini there's a set of lines something like Stestfile which are numbered from 1 to 10 with fallout3.esm in slot 1 - then further down there's lines about essential file cache lists.....? Meh2100
yeah This is from the G.E.C.K tutorialIf the launcher is giving you any trouble, you can create a new file in your main Fallout 3 directory called "custom.ini". This file will override any matching settings in "Fallout_default.ini". To force the game to load our plugin, we can add the line:STestFile2=vault74.espin that file, save and close. Replace vault74.esp with the name of your plugin if it is different. Note that this won't do anything if the matching esp file isn't in your Fallout 3/Data directory. Or you could just download the FOMM http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=
