Immersive creatures - cell reset

Hi. I have the well known pub problem of Immersive Creatures. Disabled the additional spawns long time ago, went killall crazy, but there are still pubs in the world which sometimes crash my game. I use the netscriptframework application to have a basic idea why I crashed.

So I followed the official IC manual and did a cell reset

Nonetheless after a couple of days with 0 crashes I just crashed and it was because of some ice wolf pub. Which shouldnt be present as I stopped additional animal spawns + the cell reset.

So whats going on here? Is the cell reset option of IC not working?

How do I check that any cell reset is working? How do I check for a special monstertype?

Ah.. gotcha.

 

You *might need to open the save in question, create a new save (now that you've removed a mod), then run fallrim tools and clean up stuff it leftover.

 

I say *might, only because I don't know if that will clean up existing spawns, but I'd think it should, since its source has been uninstalled.

 

As a work around, If you can avoid battle (if that's what's causing the CTD) then while (or ideally before) the pup is attacking, you may be able to disable and mark for removal using console commands to avoid any battle related CTD.

Disabling additional spawns is just an option of SIC in the mcm menue. I never wrote anything about uninstalling mods.

A SIC pup crash is usually just a ctd somewhere suddenly at random and the only reason you know its a pup, is because of the netscript crashlog. There is no battle.

 

The question was about how do I get a working cell reset which you obviously cant answer.
