rollingrick
Hey I've had this problem for a while now. When I zoom in for first person, it goes right back to 3rd person. I have not done anything with the werewolf quests. If i start a new game there problem is gone. And my brother's character does not have the problem either. Nor does any of my other characters. That being said I've been lead to believe that the file has been corrupted some how. I do not have any previous files for this character since my brother deletes them all because he wants one save per character so the system doesn't get cluttered. Any ways, If any one has any idea then I'd be grateful. Does any one know how to fix corrupted files? Is there any way i can look at specific data for a save file? I've tried uninstalling all mods. starting the game. saving. quitting. loading clean game. problem doesn't disappear.I've tried installing mods that change, or fix first person camera. Nothing happens.I've tried Verifying Integrity of game cache. Did nothing. I apologize if this topic has been discussed. I'm new to this whole forum posting thing and am still figuring it out. I did come across forums in Google about this topic, but none exactly like my problem, nor a fix for that matter.

mikemorton
I've had the same problem for the past three days. It's very, very annoying. Like you, I've tried all the usual things to try to fix it - deactivate/reactivate mods one by one etc. I'd be perfectly happy to play this game only in first person, but there seems to be no way to lock your POV. If someone can help - please do!
mikemorton
I have a fix! Download this mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22620 Follow the instructions. Be aware that you have to copy the fixed file back into your saved game folder.
