Low fps when moving outside

Hi all, I searched all over the intermet for a fix, although someone have the same problem I haven't found anything useful.

I start the game and play smoothly, but if I go in a house, spend some time in it, then exit...the game starts lagging very strongly.

The only "fix" for now, is ALT + TAB, that should flush the ram (or Vram?), but often the game crashes with this method, plus it cannot be used more than once in a session.

If I re-enter in an interior cell (any building or cave), the game runs smoothly again...until I return outdoors.

I've tried to delete all the saves (except the last one), uninstalled some mods, used the PCB command (purge cell buffer, doesn't work for me), changed some valued in the .ini (uinterior and uexterior cell buffer, Ipreload size limit), defrag the HDD, and other minor things.

I think it should have something to do with the exterior cells, it's like if the game doesn't know when clear the memory to load new cells.

I keep uGridsToLoad = 7, should this be a problem? I know that lowering to 5 should make the game a little more stable, but the quality get much worse, plus there is a long and difficult way to change it without starting a new game (tried once and had no success).

I'll be grateful if someone can help, this makes the game unplayable.

Thanks

Get FRAPS off google dude

Seroiusly with your specs it's going to be a slideshow outside.

Get Optimizer Textures

Cut back on settings and texture mods.

check video card Driver

Go to Nvidea hoe page look up skyrim tweaks

Get Dawnguard

Latest Nvidea Driver for your card was optimized for Dawngaurd installs. expect seroius performance boost, but likely not enough to chew through your list of mods.

RCRN uses ENB

If you got this far reading and didn't get mad ou need to realize that your rig really isnt up to modded gaming in the way you want to approach it.

I'm sorry but there;s a really steep learning curve to modding. thats just how it is.

Your big hold up with your list of mods is first ENB hitting your card, plus all your Texture mods are in the 2048 range or higher. Especailly your actors hitting in the ballpark of 4096

Your next big problem is the SHEAR number of spawns...........

So you have a ****Ton of pretty critters slowing you down

Your 6 G RAM is next bottle neck

Your operating system is using at least 3 to 4 G of your ram leaving your game with as much as 2 G ram to operate your Gaming Engine. This is a 4G game.

shutdown background operations.

ENB is a hog when it comes to eating your performance. Without a 2G VRAM card, A faster than heck Hard Drive, at least 8 Gigs RAM. Your going to see an average of 30 FPS under best conditions.

Outside expect best to be 20 FPS

When fighting 2 to 5 FPS.

There is almost no reason at all with your specs to have any tesxtures above 512 texture size ie consul rating.

Edit

For fixes

With ENB active there is no reason you should have higher than 1024 textures and be careful about mods that add a lot of exterior world space mobs that's askin for hassle.

Hi!

I have a 5850 1GB (gpu 725@800) which is similar to a 560 (560ti is a bit faster) and don´t have problems with fps (exterior 25-45, interior 50-60+) with a lot of textures HD (not the SkyrimHD complete, only for interiors and some citys and other HD textures for exteriors) and 1080p. My other specs are q6600 ([email protected]) 8GB DDR2 1000, SSD Samsung 830 256, and the Skyrim tweaked a lot (ugrids=7 and a lot of modifications to the .ini). You should not have serious problems with fps...

But ENB is fps killer, I don´t use it because my fps down to the half (15fps is unplayable). Try to disable it and install an illumination mod like "Realistic Lighting" (great improvement without fps loss).

Thank you guys for helping (expecially gamefever and aerocool)!!!

I don't use any HD texture packs, so this wouldn't be a problem, but the RCRN and ENB thing is REALLY bad for me... because they give to the game an awesome boost in quality, and the illumination is absolutely the best I have ever seen on this game...

But as I said, my game is actually unplayable, so I give a try as soon as possible (and install the realistic lighting sistem as you suggested!).

Seriously, I wouldn't even think that my 4GB ram are the bottleneck...but it's definitely a memory problem, so I have to give up and found a compromise.

Thanks!!!!
