I am opening this thread for anyone to post links to mods from anime, manga, TV shows, and movies. If you have a request, post it here and maybe we can get lucky enough to get the attention of the expert modders out there to do work for us. Also, there are several seemingly "unrelated" mods which can be used to customize Oblivion to the necessary degree (firearm mods - both mundane and magical -, Japanese-themed weapon/costume/class mods, and so on).
