My replacement mods made my guns invisible

Please keep in mind this was my first time down loading a mod ever. When I wanted to begin downloading mods I thought I needed to do some other steams before installing a mod after watching outdated videos I began doing what they told me to do after I was done I when on the nexus and began downloading nexus mods onto vortex it took some time for the mods to load in however after a few hour the mods began to work. The point that confused me is that I could not use my preset i downloaded and when I got to the 10 mm pistol which I had downloaded a replacer mod for it was invisible later the same thing happened with the pipe pistols in which i download a replacer mod for. i had downloaded other gun mods but i dont know if they where invisible as well. Being new to modding, it is very important to read all the instructions on mods you download.

The first replacer mod you listed does nothing on it's own. It requires https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29480.

Vortex does not load mods in after you start the game. It is done after you Deploy. Any hours delay before seeing mods is not Vortex.

Note: You can stop Vortex before running your game. It is not involved in the game running.
