Traiklin
everything goes well till step 7, I can't drag and drop the file I created. I'm running GECK as admin but when I drag it over it's just the mouse with a crossed out circle on it.

roquefort
Many thanks for this. Very clear & easy to follow, though having dual monitors definitely helps. If you wanted to add to this, a walkthrough on adding an mp3 playlist would be welcome ;)
alolcake
It doesn't work, When I click record and then OK, there is no Temp.wav
BigRedKane
Great guide, except it feels unfinished regarding exactly how to get one's own music files into the custom playlist at the end.The temp file thing doesn't cut it as you'd need several files for a playlist and it only generates ONE temp file. If you rename the temp file the game wouldn't know where the file was anymore. I've seen a couple of custom radio mods out there which have mp3's in a custom folder (and NO temp.wav file), so there's obviously a way to do it. With this guide all I'd get is one voice track for the greeting and it'd be that temp file, not good enough for a custom station. All this guide needs in one last box showing how to get custom mp3's into that playlist shown in the current final step.
