LE Is there a mod that evens out monster difficulty?

Is there a mod that both makes normal enemies a little more difficult while making "boss" mobs like bandit leaders a bit easier?

 

If I turn up the difficulty to where normal enemies are a challenge, bandit leaders and the like 1-shot me and I cannot kill them, whereas if I turn down the difficulty to where bandit leaders are a reasonable challenge, the normal enemies are too easy. I would like a mod that makes the two more evenly matched. As it is now, every mob is either too easy or too hard.
