Resizing NPC's

First of all i would like to apologize if there already exists a mod like this or if a request already has been made!

If you look outside of you're window and see these peopple walking the street what do you see? non of them are the exact same lenght.

In skyrim the NPC's of the same race are the exact same lenght(except Cicero, i dont know what his deal is though) but it would be nice to see that some NPC's ar larger/smaller than others. I figure some animations like blacksmithing, enchanting, ECT wil not work correctly, my gues is that they wil will shrink/stretch to the normal size but hey i could live with that.

So tell me what you think and if someone wants to do this.

i have seen some crazy and cool stuff thats hard to do so this would be easy i think.

i would do this my self but i just suck at that kind of stuff.

(And sorry for my bad english !)

It's doable but incredibly time consuming. Animations should be fine as long as the resizes are small changes that don't deviate too much from standard vanilla sizes (and likely unoticeable). More drastic changes and, yes, you will see problems cropping up with animations. Most 'resize NPC' mods edit the race records that govern all NPCs because it's easier, but to do it for individual NPCs you'd need to edit each NPC records individually, and such a mod would simply conflict with every other NPC edit mods out there (follower edits, NPC overhaul's like ERSO's NPC plugin, even mods that just assign outfits or equipments to unique named vanilla NPCs). So then you'd need to make a compatibility patch for every mod it conflicts with in order to convince people to use this mod.

The only way to expedite such edits is to have some SkyProc utility that will automate the entire process. I believe someone was working on this to give NPCs varied body sizes (and matching clothing/armour)....'Realistic Body System.'
