If your PC equals toaster (minus the toasting function), you should walk to a store and buy some new parts for your PC. Also:Launch Skyrim Launcher, click "options" and click "Low"Done! Your game should run much smoother now. To be honest, can't help you before I hear about your specs and what options you are using currently.
