Mod Idea - Outfit Tracker, is it possible?

So I have an idea for a Mod but not sure if it is feasible with the way Fallout 76 works, but here goes.

 

What I am looking to know is whether I own an outfit item or not so I can pick it up if I need it. I am a collectionist and must have one of everything, so knowing if I need the jacket or hat that is laying in front of me or at a vendor would be nice without using my huge spreadsheet. Similar to how the mod that told you if you knew a recipe or not worked before it was made part of the game. The difference being it has to know what is in your stash, and that is the part I am asking.... is it possible? Ideally it would your tooltip display a symbol when you highlight over on item showing if you don't own it, say a Star Symbol. And then if it can do that, add a Dollar Sign Symbol to designated rare outfit items that are worth picking up to give or sell to your fellow Wastelanders.

 

I know it a long shot but figured I would ask the question if its possible before digging into the code or seeing if anyone willing to help make something like this. So experts, what say you?
