[REQ] VATS Camera: Hunted POV

First let me introduce myself. I am ezeepeezee. I've been playing and marginally modding since Morrowind, and I have a pretty good idea of the modification process, but I haven't had time lately to learn it in depth.

 

I was wondering if anybody has the wherewithal and the generosity to make a small mod for me (and everyone else, of course :] ) to change the camera angle when engaged in VATS to be exactly or at least approximately the first person perspective of the enemy taking fire from you. I would really appreciate the effort!
