Easier said then done, ive tried the CK and im one of the Few People that cant Mod.

Learning the CK is purely a matter of following instructions and there's plenty of documentation available. This is something you can easily pick up as it literally does only involve opening up the NPCs you want and ticking their 'Essential' checkboxes.

 

That's the only thing you need to do. Best solution if you want something this specific done but are unsatisfied with solutions other people have done.
