unknown variable

So i installed the "BURN FREEZE SHOCK" effect mod using nexus mod manager and it states that the chance can be increased in the command console in game by typing set BFSEffectsChanceNPC to 0-100. But it gives me an "UNKNOWN VARIABLE" for the BSEEffectsChance part. Am i doing something wrong?

i wish i could help mate im having this problem with unknown variable aswell but my problem is trying to enable Roggvir.
