funfreak55
For some unknown reason, I am unable to open Skyrim Script Extender at all when running it though Mod Organizer 2. I am able to run it when I open it outside of MO2, but doing it that way means I can't use any of my mods. I don't know what I need to overwrite or what steam app id I need to run, but it's really beginning to bug me.
RapidosRonkos
You need to select "SKSE" in MO2, instead of "Skyrim Special Edition". Beside the "Run" button. I just found that out by chance. Hopes it work for you.
andus2
Are you starting as an administrator? If not, go in proprieties>compatibility and check run as administrator( in SKSE.exe)

Are you starting as an administrator? If not, go in proprieties>compatibility and check run as administrator( in SKSE.exe)Where do i find the "Properties"?
