Can't enter 3rd person

I recently installed Race Menu, and already have many mods. After figuring out that I needed the Dawngaurd patch for CoT, i got my game working. However, after creating my character, and having Ralof cut my character loose, I can't switch to third person. And when I type TFC in the console and move to view my character, nothing is there. I don't have any mods that disable third person, and I'm not sure what's causing this. Here's my mods if it helps at all:
