I'm new to the whole modding thing, so I was wondering if there is any way I can incorporate the game face to my fallout game. I would love to have it as one of the preset faces. I have my gameface in a jpg picture file. Is there any way I can use the G.E.C.K to incorporate that? Should I download some other type of editor also, or something like that?
