mcpooptickle
Is there a way I can keep my female character size and appearance her own using cbbe and have the npcs in the world different. Right now i like the way my character looks its just there is a neck seam less noticable I tried the blend that I think made it less noticeable then I used keos skimpy cbbe but all the npcs have the same body type as my character and they all have skimpy outfits and the old ones have old heads but young bodies. I'm just trying to have it to were my character has the body type I want and my character is the only one with killer keos skimy cbbe everybody else looks old or default. MShoap13
Custom Races will allow you to set your game up like you're describing. It will require some reading and such to learn what needs to be copied and where it needs to be pasted in order to set your character up to be the only one with the body/armor mods applied. Also, you may need to start a new character as well since you're technically changing your race. It may or may not cause issues to change from one of the vanilla races to the matching "custom race"; it's probably covered in the documentation of the mod somewhere. mcpooptickle
so like if I wanted to use bellas females for my characters face cbbe and skimpy would i install those mods then install custom races race compatibility fixes and creating playable race I'm kind of confused. If I could give all other characters the Ethereal Elven Race overhaul then Real skin and improved Chargen for women then have cbbe bellas and skimpy for mine. Or just do what I said in the sentence above this one. Edited January 15, 2013 by mcpooptickle
MShoap13
With that, you could do both. It creates a playable character specific directory for resources. To have a mod affect just NPCs, install it normally. To have it only affect your character, you'll need to manually install the mod to the folder(s) set up by Custom Races. To have it affect all NPCs and your character, you'd install it to both locations.
