Custom Armour and weapons

I read plenty of tuts that are titled as above.

 

However they are not relevant or what people interested in the topic require info on (in my case anyway)

 

I like others I presume, want to export an armour set from the game.Change it in an editing program and import their version into the game.I cannot find a tutorial that addresses this.If someone would be kind enough to link me to such a tutorial It would be appreciated.

 

As in the sticky above, IMO duplicating an item say ironcuirass,changing it for deadric and adding perks....isn't the custom armour that people are looking for.

 

Like other modders I would like to export say Deadric armour and with an editing program make it Deadric bikini armour.
